Optifast 900?
I've just started the program. I did my 1200 calorie diet last week and lost 5lbs. I started the shakes Saturday night, and since then I've lost another 5lbs. Has anyone else had success on this program? I'm hoping to lose 60lbs by the end of the 6 month program, but praying for more!
