  • Friends! Especially gym buddies, are a great motivation. :) Whenever I'm feeling whiny and unmotivated, my gym partner says nooooo and drags me to the gym. I do the same to her. It also makes working out more fun, because no one should have to suffer through cardio or weights alone haha. Hope you find your motivation soon!…
  • Heyyy shorties :smiley: I'm 5'3" and 113lbs. I don't weigh much but my body fat is quite high at 25%. Current fitness goal is to gain more muscle!!
