I have tried Atkins and Keto and lost weight with both but I cannot stay on them for long. I start to feel lethargic, weak, sleepy etc. I havent lost much with Counting Calories but I am still doing it with the hopes that one day, I will get a surprise on the scale. I have the one that gives HR and calories and it usually spot on in terms of calories count. If I do cardio, it is usually very similar to what the treadmill says. I have worked out with it everyday since I purchased it and it helps a ton knowing how much calories i am burning, esp during strength training.

Thanks so much. I started weight training this week so I am hoping that helps. I may have to invest in a personal trainer since I have no idea what the heck I am doing when it comes to weights and the proper form.

I try to do at least 450-500 in an hour whether its cardio or strength.

I have not been eating my exercise calories and haven't lost in over a week! I stupidly thought that if I eat less and workout more, I would just lose but that's not the case. I am changing strategy this week and eating my exercise calories!

5' 2" 120 lbs. Lost 15 on 1200 cal diet but the last 5 is not moving! I workout everyday burning about 400 cal per day and no budge on the scale. Help
