I'm not sure what peanut butter you've used or seen that has 200 calories per tablespoon. Even the honey/peanut butter combo that Peter Pan makes, is still only 110 calories for a tablespoon.

I have a pair of New Balance's that I am really fond of when it comes to weight training, but I have used to run in a few times. My Brooks Trainers are my favourite running shoe though.
