I agree. Small changes help out in the long run, too! You don't have to completely flip your life upside down to lose weight. Drink more water, walk a little bit- and each day you'll feel a little better, and sooner or later you'll see results. It's not hard. Just takes time, commitment and effort.

I'll join you! I can use all the help and encouragement that I can get! And I'll help you in anyway that I can!

OMG. YES! Finally someone else with this problem. I have this running project that I'm doing with one of my friends, and I post pictures of my runs etc on my FaceBook page in an album for people to look at. Well, I've been told many times by many people that they hate it that I'm "So obsessed" with exercising, and that…

I'm 24 with 20 to lose! I'll lose with you! :D

Try flutter kicks! They help. Lie on your back, with your feet slightly off the ground and move them alternatively up and down. Make sure that you're looking at your feet when you're doing this. As for the cardio, cardio WILL help you lose the weight, just make sure that you're adding strength training in on your regime as…

I do the same! It's helpful, and it keeps me on track. I even write the number (regardless of what it is) on my calendar. I count SUNDAY as my official weigh-in day. Because any flucuation of weight day to day could be caused by fecal matter, water retention etc. Just keep up the good work, and the positive attitude, and…

I have the same problem! But I usually just move around the house a little bit when I'm drinking my morning coffee, and that helps!

The Sabra brand of hummus is DELICIOUS! Especially the roasted garlic kind. I'm hooked! My roommate let me try some last week, and it's pretty much certain that hummus will be a staple in our house! =D Good luck!

I'm 5'5.5, and I'm currently sitting at 140. Goal weight would be 130, and then TONE TONE TONE TONE. =]

You seem to be more tone, and I feel like I can see a difference in your belly button! Seems like it's flatter than before. Keep up the good work! :D

Every five pounds is a mini-goal for me. I don't attach a date to them either, as long as I get to it, I'll be happy with it! As for my final goal? 130. I'd like to be there by Christmas. =]

I don't watch my carb intake. Only make sure that my calories are below what they need to be. Calories in, calories out!

I get told this ALL THE TIME!

LOVE THIS! I totally agree! Just brush yourself off, and get back on. The key is to not be too hard on yourself. =]

I just pop a little dash of lemon juice in mine, and it makes it taste better!

- Frozen grapes, cherries and strawberries! They're so delicious, low-calorie, and they have a completely different texture/taste to them when they're frozen! - I LOVE Dark Chocolate, so when I'm craving some, I enjoy one Dove Promise out of the freezer. It's nice! Hopefully you get something out of this!
