Boyshorts all the way! I own thongs, but I don't wear them often. If I do, it's for my boyfriend, and usually not for too long. XD I love the selection that VS has!

I plan on doing the same thing but for both Christmas & Thanksgiving. Being a Celiac, there isn't much that I can eat at Thanksgiving usually, BUT! I know I still need to keep it monitored. =]

If I were you, I'd just wash them in the sink, and then hang them up in the bathroom to dry. =] Just make sure you do that as soon as you finish working out, that way they can be ready for your next session the next day!
-
I'll add you!

Maybe try something small? and bland? If you're hungry, you shouldn't deprive yourself.

My name is Kellie-Anne, and I'm a self-diagnosed Celiac. I've been living GF for about 3 months now. Not very long, but I've noticed that all of my issues that I was having (brain fog, restlessness, extreme stomach discomfort) all went away after I cut out Gluten. Hello!

I would like to join. Hello! I'm a 24-year old living in Texas, and I'm just trying to get to a point where I'm accepting my body, and loving all of it. I love to work out, and I would love to motivate anyone! Feel free to message me and send me a friend request! My goal weight is 130 by 30Apr-- my 25th birthday!

You say that Net has to be at least 1200, but what if you can't eat that much?? Especially if you're excercising lets say, 700 calories a day. Then what do you do?
-
LOTS of running will help tone your upper thighs. It won't be over night, but it will help. Also, if you incorporate leg work, that will help as well. Squats, lunges, leg press-- etc.
-
Congratulations on your run! I'm proud of you! You might be achy, but it's nothing terrible. Just make sure that you stretch well after each run!

I'm in! :D

:L That sounds delicious! However, This morning I had 1c of honey nut chex, and 1/2c of soymilk. Usually I have 3 egg whites on a piece of GF toast a few strawberries, and 1/2 grapefruit! Usually keeps me full for quite a while! (I eat Breakfast at 0500)

I agree, Breezey! I want to, too! Lets make it a goal for us all! I want to lose 5 pounds before the start of 2012! What are your goals?
-
I LOVE SHEETZ! :D Have you tried their hot chocolate?! :L
-
I agree. I would love to purchase a pair of size eight jeans!
-
I think that's just absolutely ridiculous. A size eight is considered plus size? No wonder there are so many women out there with image issues.
-
Thanks, Joe!

I eat a lot of eggs, and almonds as well. I cannot stand the texture of cottage cheese, though.
-
Absolutely! I usually don't weigh in on my TOM week for that reason.

My boyfriend is EXTREMELY supportive when it comes to weight loss ( to the point where I get emotional at times) , and where I am currently at in my journey. I mean, he has his insecurities, (he wants to gain weight. He doesn't like how small he is.) But he says that none of that matters now that he knows that I love him.…

BUMP. I'd really like any information one might have on this subject.
-
Of course, I added 'Gland" to the title. It's just Adrenal Type. Regardless, I have a link that I came across http://www.healthynewage.com/type3.html

BUMP! Thanks for the awesome advice!

Thank you for sharing with us! BUMP!

Yes! And they're delicious! I really like the fudge graham ones, and the double dark chocolate!

BUMP. Well said!
