pictures only show my 30 lbs lost..but hey thats still something :) just figured I would encourage others like I was encouraged by people posting even 20lbs difference sometimes you can see! I still need to do alot more with weights but its a good start! THANKS EVERYONE ^_^

I eat breakfast but sometimes I exercise and only take in 500 calories or even negative calories and am not hungry im not saying its healthy to do it all the time. My stomach cant even eat more than a snack wrap from mcdonalds now! I can have 4 glasses of water and a special k bar and be full til lunch! its hard…

Maybe incorporate protein shakes into your diet they add calories or protein bars they can be up to 400 calories with like 32 protein to fill you up. try meat? I do not eat enough sometimes either and i use the special k bars or protein or energy bars,

Actually I have not experienced this I have seen my fellow friends on here experience this and randomly found threads that people were rude. Also some people were rude to my husband when he posted a thread. so I stand up for those people in this post!

SALAD- one word thats it! SALAD anyway you like salad! exercise alot...stay under your calories...try not to eat back all exercise calories and always eat breakfast....and drink a crap load of water, no soda, no crap food! good luck!
