I'm definitely feeling this at the moment!
I've lost about 7 pounds over the last month but now I feel like I can't be bothered anymore. I even pigged out on fried foods (chipshop) today.
But I did force myself to remain active, like using the 16 flights of stairs to my work!
I feel happier with my weight loss but I still feel as if another 5 pound would help with fitting into my old jeans0 -
you gotta think positive and be phabulous darlin! get up and go! to start off just drink a 0 cal 5 hr energy drink andwalk and as you walk you will see all these people that are walking to and hey you will be like yes some day if i keep this up i can look as good as them...then there will be others sitting down doingnothing that you will be like wowi def dont want to end up like that...and thats your motivation hun! the simplest thing! people around you! do it you can do it! even if it takes the energy drink to make you do the walk then do it but once your out and see the beauty in the world and how your endorphins get up oh ya youll feel it!0

Motivation is a difficult beast. Without coming off too nutty self love'ish, I would start with this:i still need to lose over a stone for me to be happy with my body i think.
Attitude is a catalyst for positive results and that includes motivation. Negative self image can certainly be the fuel for physical transformation but it won't last forever. Eventually your motivation fades and you slip then you come down on yourself and your attitude slips right along with your motivation...
Instead of looking for the next fix for your motivation, like the best music to listen to or the best time to exercise, or etc, etc. think about why you aren't accepting yourself right now. Part of fitness of the body, the mind and the soul is coming to the understanding that you are right where you need to be.
Having a positive perspective towards yourself will go much further than any material fix to your motivation. Do it because you love yourself and you want to do right for yourself, not because you need fix yourself.
