You should not workout when you are sick. I've read it is bad for your body to raise your heartbeat. You should rest and recover before you workout. Hope you feel better soon! :flowerforyou:

Once a week before breakfast. But I've heard it is better to do it in the middle of the week in the evening, when you have had at least two meals so you know it's not water weight and it is more accurate.

Take it easy on yourself. If logging food helps you control your calories, then keep on doing it to help you track it. But don't stress so much about it if you go over or not. I go over every week!!!! I am still new to this, and have not had my diet down quite yet. But I don't punish myself over it. I have been dieting…

What? I love them! :) They have the perfect portion of food you need and tastes good. You can still eat pastas and rice meals with veggies with these and not go over your calories good luck!

I get really hungry too, my husband and I bought protein shakes to eat after our workouts :) and it helps

I don't think you should. That is why everyday starts at your calorie goal without carrying the last day over.

I gain about 5 lbs but they are gone once its done.

I have the same problem. Weekends are very tempting since my hubby and I go out to eat and to family events where there is always a lot of food. I always tell myself "oh well I'll be good starting Monday" If you have any tips on how to handle it, let me know! :ohwell:

lol that's ok, I know it doesn't work for everyone because we are all made different. All different metabolisms etc, but I need something to make me feel less hungry :sad:

Yes, I read it tastes nasty but I don't mind the taste as long as it really helps me not feel so hungry. I also know it comes with a diet plan and they recommend working out. I'll get them this weekend I guess...

I don't know but whatever they put in it sure helped keep the hunger away. I find myself struggling lately especially on the weekends when my husband and I eat out or are at family events. For example Easter is coming up, I am already feeling terrified of what I am going to go through and what I am going to eat??? :(
