I did weight watchers about 4 years ago, lost 26 lbs and never workout at all.

I get light headed too sometimes, I just slow down. Make sure to warm up before going full force

What about people who you notice at the airport on a really early morning and you can smell the grease from their hair :sick: Not pleasant

It helps to snack so your metabolism is constantly working, I don't know that you have to follow the 3 snacks a day because I don't all the time. I usually buy the 100 calorie packs from nabisco, or the 100 calorie popcorn all great snacks. I keep fruit in the fridge too all chopped up, papaya, watermelon, even…

According to my BMI I only need to lose 3lbs to be at a healthy weight. That's crazy 3lbs will not make me happy

Thanks, we usually go for lean meats, fish etc, sometimes I may cook those tuna helper cause it's late and that's the only option we have but only like once a week and not every week. Didn't think it was that bad considering all the calories earned after working out

I don't eat my exercise calories, I'm pretty much done when I hit 1200 I feel full most of the time

Awwww I LOVE kittens I have an adult cat her name is "Kitty". Today as I was leaving the gym I found one just like mine all black with green eyes I was so heartbroken to leave her behind all I had to give her was water :< she was so thirsty poor kitty.
