Hello everyone!
So I know most of us gain a little bit of weight during our time of the month and i was just wondering how long you wait afterwards to weigh yourself? I've heard two days, what do you guys think?
Thanks!

My weight gain tends to happen a few days leading up to my "time of the month." By the 2nd day into it, my weight has usually gone back down.0

I usually just avoid the scales until the following week....I can get pretty discouraged if I see a gain + it's that time of the month so I tend to want to eat EVERYTHING anyway. So to keep me sane I stay away from weigh in

About a few days after for me. I try to weight myself after I'm no longer bloated.0

I can gain 10 pounds or MORE as far as 2 weeks in advance of my TOM, depending on whether I have also consumed sodium.
It's a vicious cycle for me which also includes pre menstral constipation, etc.
Right now my scale solves this problem for me, because it won't weigh me when I've gained too much.
I still weigh, but only count the gain if it persists for a solid week.0 -
I wait until the following week0

I used to wait 2-3 days after0

I weigh every day. Any gain isn't really a surprise by now.

Same with me. my weight gain is usually up to a week prior to starting. And then after the 2nd or 3rd day of the actual cycle... i'm already dropping back down to my usual weight. My weight gain tends to happen a few days leading up to my "time of the month."
