That was me. Started Medifast and it seems to be under control in a few days. Think this is gonna help me. Feel like I'm eating all day but have the calories under control, and craving veggies which I never ate.

Don't drive yourself crazy weighing in every day. Try 1 time per week. A half lb down a week is great. As long as its not up. That's probably how it got there.

I stick with the Bud Light. Had about a dozen yesterday. Jumped on here and medifast today. Not gonna touch another for about 8 weeks. One fine mess I'm in.

Sounds like some could be water weight. Keep it up it will level itself off.

Good work. Gonna try and lose 50 myself. Starting Mon. Never had to try this before. Taking a little help from Medifast. Hope it works, feeling it lately.
