Jumpstart what? Good and healthy food decision making. The whole idea of it is it takes away you having to think about or really make choices about food. Myftinesspal is about tracking your food and calorie intake to help you loose weight or stay on track, it helps you in making decisions by giving you information about what you eat. Thats not what Medifast is about. If your trying to loose then you do it one meal and one day at a time.

The jump start you need is to commit to it and start!

On a side note, what a horrible name for a product, could it be more clinical.

Are you a car? What are you jump starting? I'd avoid drastic weight loss gimmicks like medifast unless you want to gain all the weight back as soon as you realize 500 calories a day is too low and start eating again.

All diets work . Its when you get off them and don't know what and when to stop eating again...
