  • Mine is because I'm a Chilli freak...use it a lot, easy to remember
  • I cut my drinking back to "weekends", 1 bottle of wine over 3 nights ...but as I do a lot of exercising on the weekend it sort of allows for it! Generally healthier for it ....one of my main weight gain issues was daily alcohol intake in the first place!!
  • I have around 3lbs left to go and keep fluctuatting by around 0.5lb. To be honest I don't need to lose it but want to for vanity's sake I suppose. Been like it for weeks and am thinking I might as well try to maintain this and tone rather than lose ..easier I think!

  • We ALL make food mistakes .......just take it that you now know the nutritional values for it and can avoid it in the future! I had a treat of a take away curry the other weekend and nearly flipped when I saw how many cals and fat etc was in it  but once in a while does no harm at all. Chin up and start again,…

  • thats what I mean, straight up and down ... not into running /jogging either!
  • Having watched part of the Olympic marathon on the box I must admit that the bodies of the female runners look unhealthy to me....bones jutting out and some muscle ...no curves at all! I think they look too thin, anyone agree? How on earth do they maintain the stamina to do it...
  • may I join you all yoo? I have 5/ 6 lbs left to lose which is mostly hips and that belly ... since I've been doing this site my waist is down 1", my chest 1.5" (Boo hoo, I haven't much up there as it is) and my thighs1" each BUT the dear old hips and tum only 0.5" so I'm starting to look out of proportion!!:grumble: I swim…
  • As you said there are different reasons for this behaviour; just want to say that not all the thin bodies are on purpose ......my daughter who is soon to be 28 has suffered from an eating disorder (amongst other things) since the age of 12. She doesn't know why. It has been only in the last year that she has it stabilised,…
  • don't laugh .....Now we are talking the 1950's here "Sixteen tons" by Tennessee Ernie Ford :noway:
