Started less than 2 weeks ago...so even if sometimes i do go 'astray' during weekends especially, i track even the extra calories just to be fair to myself and the efforts im doing to try losing weight

That's what i usually do also...calories deficit during weekdays so that i can afford some extra calories during weekends

Im very new ..joined in today itself and was going through the various posts..all I can say is that I'm really impressed by all the weight you people have lost. Hope I will be able to make it also.
