  • Thanks, that pic is from 3 years ago when I was active on here and before the weight gain. Today is my first day back here in awhile. I've got to get back to that. Keto was fantastic and I did it for nearly 2 years back then. I need to get back into it.

  • Thanks for this post! I've been in keto without refeeds for 3 months (well there was that one "third of a slice of cake" that made me so sick that one time...lol...you know, keto issues :-) ) .   • should i really shoot for my goal of 1100 calories to be 1100 AFTER exercising calories are taken out? Meaning I need to eat an extra meal on days I work out heavily, since I'm already at a 900 calorie deficit, at an 1100 goal?
  • Let us know how it goes when you go keto again, if you're quitting! I'd say don't quit, if it's not too late! I'd also challenge you to evaluate what else in your life, besides your diet, may be causing these moments of food cravings...PMS does that...work stress does that...emotional stress does that...at least for me!…
  • and I do agree with Miamiuu...it's easier here than most places! So many people are gluten free, low carb, etc etc that it's not hard to order to your diet in most places :-) P.S. "Whole Foods" grocery is your friend.
