I have same problem. I found at one time I was weighing myself too often and would get so discouraged. Now I try not to weigh myself any more than twice a month. Keep working at it though and it will move eventually. Dont give up before it happens.

Im using one of those old non digital weight watchers scales from around 1985 lol. Use it few times a day. Doesnt have to be fancy

I never said im only eating 700/800 cals a day. I usually meet or come close to the 1200 that MFP calculated but find I eat 40% before bed.

I agree that mfp does calculate calories burned too high. I usually always meet my calorie goal but find I eat a lot before bed.

I had mine done, only got implants not a lift though when I got them done it was just post breast feeding so I was sagging. After the implants tho they stood up really well, no sag. That was six years ago now and now I feel like I could really use a lift because I think eventually the weight of the implants cause sagging.…
