I have the same problem. i crave chocolate all the time and went crazy eating brownies this weekend. don't deprive yourself, have one small bar every night after dinner like i do. portion control is everything.

I was 54 pounds, now i'm between 115 and 117 on most days. Same height as you, Lots of weight training is the trick :)

Thank you! I never ate more than 1500 when i was losing, but for the past two days ive been going all out with 2000+ ( i burn almost a 1000 in the gym everyday, six days a week) but i'm so happy with my physique now! don't want three years of hard work to go down the drain.

exactly my point ! "abs are made in the kitchen,not in the gym" - i've heard/read this so much thats why i got curious. i didn't really change my diet much, i've just started eating less and i don't cut out any food group. its just that i crave carbs a lot!
