yeah. especially if you're trying to lose weight. my breakfast is usually my heaviest meal too and i have lunch after my work out. if i feel hungry later i just have fruit. worked out pretty well for me

i weigh myself everyday at the same and it always fluctuates. it used to bother me at first but now i'm over it.

I have wheat biscuits and pancakes. not very 'healthy', i know, but they keep me full and give me tonnes of energy for my workout!

Breakfast is, by far, my most fav meal of the deal.
