ALWAYS hungry
Can someone please tell me why i'm always feeling so hungry!!! i'm 120 pounds, 5'6 and 19 years old. i eat a good 2200-2500 calories throughout the day but a couple of hours before bed.. im starving :/ there was a point i was only having 1000-1200 and i felt really sucky, but not as hungry as i do now. i'm doing more…

body fat percentage
i got my BF % checked in april and it was 17%. 5'5, 115 pounds. I'm planning on getting it checked again before ramadan so i know where I stand. What do you think is the best time to get it done? I had my cheat meal(okay..turned into a cheat day) today so what would you guys suggest?

Fitness & Ramadan
I'm going to be fasting for about 17-18 hours most of next month. Eating two times a day and I plan on working out too. Any suggestions for my meal plan? I'm 5'5, 115 pounds with 17% body fat and i desperately do not want to gain weight or lose muscle.

I actually love and hate the fact that i don't fit into any of my old clothes but now even my gym clothes(particularly pants) are falling off. Eek! anyone else feel the same way?

crazy cake cravingg
well i've been craving chocolate cake like crazy and decided to make one myself today! turned out so well i ate half the cake myself not realising i didnt weigh the end product! oh welll.. just felt like sharing!

i'm working out a little less than i usually do, and eating 200-300 more calories and i have still lost two pounds in the last week. has this happened to anyone here before? im trying to lose my last five pounds i thought it would take longer but i am actually getting results quicker.

remaining calories
so im new here and i just made an account. im confused about the remaining calorie thing? it says my goal is 1380, and i burnt 900, but it also says i have 1345 remaining. how does that work? :s
