The perfect push up device as advertised on tv is worth every penny! Im in the military and trust me you can feel it working after one day! You can find it at walmart for 21 dollars compared to GNC or through the television where it is 35-40 dollars

OK but im an athlete who wants to bulk up on muscle............should i stay on a normal diet or should i start eating some protein bars too?

Do protein bars actually help athletes bulk up with good nutrition or are they just an expensive source of protein?

Hey if you like coffee and eat protein shakes try mixing one scoop of chocolate or vanilla whey protein with about two cups worth of coffee, its really good and it gives you the protein you need!

Dont worry i do the same thing and you would have to like go over your allowance by like 4x as much as needed to do any harm and you would have to do it everyday. As long as your exercising your good!

Well ever since i have joined this site i have felt more in control over my body and not only that but im in the best shape of my life. I have a pulse of 40 bpm which if you dont kow is amazingly healthy. Im just so glad that i have this website and everyone here to help me stay on track!

Ok so i run about 3 miles everyday and i watch my diet (no fried foods, no high fat foods, lots of fruit and vegetables etc.) but i find that my metabolism is still very slow and i don't process alot of fat i just store it i need help
