I'm in!! I actually did day 1 a couple of weeks ago and it was tough! The next day I came down with the stomach flu and was out of commission for a few days and never picked it back up.. No more excuses! No more being lazy! I'm in! Feel free to add me as a friend!

I'm the same way..If I'm cooking from a reliable recipe and it has all of the nutrient facts and serving sizes I'm good. I run into problems when I cook things myself. I have no idea how to enter in my calories. I've thought of investing in a small food scale. Good luck!

I will not miss hating seeing myself in pictures, or having a hard time bending over to tie my shoes or to even cut my toe nails lol. I hate that the smallest amount of activity makes me sweat like crazy. I won't miss sitting down having my stomach spill over my jeans :(

What has really helped me is an app on my phone for Spark People. I never could get into their site (thought it was boring) but the free app on my phone has a TON of great recipes. If you don't want to use the app, you can go to their site. There is a bunch of reviews to the recipes too. Good luck!!

one of the things that helped me out a lot was a free app on my phone for Spark People. You can also use their website. It gives great recipes with TONS of reviews from others to let you know if it's good or not..lol I use the app all of the time! Try it out if you haven't already :)
