Dear one, I understand your binging in the eve. I have been doing the same thing. I seem to have willpower during the day, so I eat minimally, but then blow it completely in the evening. The advice about eating more calories at regular intervals during the day is sound advice. The shame is, I know it works, but often don't…

Wow! Thanks for all of your great suggestions! Great ideas that will really help. Bless you:)

I have always heard that muscle weighs more than fat. Your workouts are likely building lean muscle in the place of fat. If your body is changing for the better, maybe the number on the scale is less important right now. Best of luck to you!

Anxious to make the ice cream sandwiches. Thanks for the idea!

I guess that's why staying fit was easier before I had kids! Now I have Valentine candy, Teddy Grahams, you name it!

I used to make these all the time and they are super fluffy and delish! I think I made them with Diet Rite once and didn't care as much for them as with DCoke or DPepsi. I had forgotten all about these easy treats- thanks!

Never tried Greek yogurt, but I added it to my grocery list  This sweet junkie will take all the help she can get!

YUM! I'll look for the Sweet Freedom Fudge treats! Thanks for sharing :)

Just what I needed, gals. To connect with mommies who are in the same boat, no matter what stage of life their kids are in. Whether the kids are 9 or 29, mommies take care of everyone else first. Then there's no energy left for themselves.

Thanks! Good luck to you, too. My first goal is to stop eating the chicken nuggets or mac-n-cheese that my kids don't finish. I hate to waste food, but it has packed on the pounds quickly. Any ideas about how to control sweet cravings? That's my biggest pitfall.

Good for you! Six pounds is awesome! I have joined before, but didn't stick with it. I think I need to connect with a few friends for motivation. Glad to be your friend
