Hi Vera.. This is Nancy from Egypt.. I have also put on a lot of weight last year after my sister's death.. I am 5'5.5" and I reached 178 lbs.. Thanks Allah, I am now 165.4 and I really wish to reach 130 lbs.. I am a 23 year old pharmacist :)
