Is that rate Ok?
I have been losing weight with the same rate the last three weeks.. Every week , I lose 1.4 lbs! is that rate ok or too slow?

Sleeping after eating
after every meal, I get dizzy and have an urge to sleep.. I sleep a lot right after lunch and dinner.. So is it OK? Or shall I try to stay awake so that food gets consumed instead of being stored??!!! I'll appreciate your replies

I am losing weight but I don't look like I do
please, is that common?? I lost pounds on my scale.. But only my face got thinner.. My body is still the same with all the trouble zones in place.. I'm starting to get discouraged.. I have flabby arms and tummy.. Thick legs.. Oh I hate my body!!!

I have lost so far 9.8 lbs, but still haven't noticed much difference by vision.. I am working really hard! I thought I might look totally different every 10 lbs loss but that asn't the case!! I was about to chet yesterday out of depression.. Save me!!!

What do u people think of "cheat days"?
do u guys have a cheat day? How often? Do u set a ceiling for your calories on that day? I myself have a cheat day and I lose weight too.. But I feel guilty about it :(

hi everyone.. I am glad to find such a motivating site.. I'm on a weight loss journey.. I hope I can reach my goal one day.. I have no weight loss partner in reality which is a bit discouraging .. I am 23 years old.. Pharmacist.. I used to be 178 lbs.. Now I am 165.4 lbs.. My ultimate goal weight is 130 lbs.. Wish me luck…
