I've been doing Shaun T's Rockin Body...and I like it. It's challenging enough yet simple enough for a gal like me who has a hrd time wrking out.

YES!!!! MEEEEEEEEEEEE!! I do well ALLLLL day....and then when the sun goes down and relaxation time nears, I want crackers...cheeze it...chips...granola bar...anything. grt tips. I'm pretty much on my way to doing all of these things. Have pretty much cut out Soda/Juice. Only drink juice maybe once a week or every other week.
