I'm really tall, not flexible at all, and in poor shape, but not overweight. Given those considerations, can you recommend a good exercise video to get me started? I'm new on here and I'm new to fitness and weight loss, so I really don't know where to start. Thanks!

I've been doing Shaun T's Rockin Body...and I like it. It's challenging enough yet simple enough for a gal like me who has a hrd time wrking out.0

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is great for beginners.
Edit: And it's only 20 minutes long~!0 -

I started with the 30 Day Shred as well and loved it. I've also heard ladies recommend Leslie Sansone walking DVD's for someone just getting started. Both are on YouTube if you'd like to try them out free before you buy the programs. Good luck to you!0

I like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
It's a circuits workout of 20 mins - lots of people do it every day for the 30 days. There are 3 levels to progress through.
I've just used it as a kickstart back to exercise after not having worked out for a while, and felt huge improvements in my strength and endurance within the 1st week.
Hope that helps !0 -
Biggest Loser Boot Camp! It's great to see people of all shapes and sizes out there sweating it out! I feel my legs for sure then next day after this one!!0

I like Jillian Micheals videos but if you are just getting started I would start with Walk Away the Pounds. Mostly walking in place...0

Thanks, Everyone! I was considering the 30 day shread. I think it's a good starting point. The 'only 20 minutes' part is very appealing to me! I can do just about anything for 20 minutes. I tried the tracy anderson post pregnancy one a million years ago and it really hurt my neck and shoulders. I don't mind being sore, but I have to be able to turn my head the next day!0
