  • Hi. I have been snacking on sliced apples with cinnamon and a tsp of peanut butter. Or sometimes I use carrot sticks instead. It is crunchy and satisfying.

  • I had a 3 egg white omelet with 2 slices thin and crispy turkey bacon on a 100 calorie english muffin-203 calories and very satisfying. You could put a little cheese on it. Or sometimes I make the egg white omelet and put salsa and sour cream on it. The spicy in the salsa is satisfying too.
  • Sounds really good. I'm going to try it! I make an avacado and tomato salsa similar to that. I dice up some tomato, red onion, cilantro, and avacado. Mix it together, squeeze a little lime juice, salt and pepper and its ready to go. Great over grilled chicken!
