140 g plain greek yogurt
70g frozen berries (trader joes very cherry blend)
1/2 T chia

not very exciting...

    I had a 3 egg white omelet with 2 slices thin and crispy turkey bacon on a 100 calorie english muffin-203 calories and very satisfying. You could put a little cheese on it. Or sometimes I make the egg white omelet and put salsa and sour cream on it. The spicy in the salsa is satisfying too.

    I slept in so my morning was off to a late start. After a workout I had my Aria chocolate protein shake and had lunch an hour later.

    That sounds pretty tasty, I have made Chia pudding with unsweetened soy milk instead of almond. The bananas sound tasty.

    1 tall mocha non-fat milk no whip.

    Lunch will be better, promise!
