It will get easier, I promise. Keep up with it. You will be sore tomorrow, I think I was the sorest after the 2nd day work out, but I feel SO good now that working out is part of my regular day to day routine.

You will get better results with weights, I would recommend them. If you can't get any, try soup/pasta sauce cans.

I love both those videos!! 30 DS is awesome, but make sure you have good shoes. As someone else mentioned, the ankles tend to get sore. I love warm lemon water (from real lemons) first thing in the morning, wakes me up and I feel great all day. I even need less coffee when I have lemon water.

Your body is YOUR business!!!! People can say mean, mean things when they are jealous. There is a big difference in the comments you'll hear when others are jealous of you versus genuinely concerned.

I didn't measure mine before I started, I wish I had! I never completed a whole round of 30ds, but I have been working out at home with Jillian dvd's and I'm sure there is a significant difference in body fat.

I'm 5ft 4.5in, i am currently 151.6....my body is happiest at 137. I've been to 127 (before I let myself go) and that was actually too small for my hips. I feel like I look my best around 135. In my profile pic i was 2 months pregnant and 130ish.
