They have good frozen fish fillets, smart pasta, lots of lean meats, yogurt and their nutrition/vitamins section is great. I also love that they have massive bags of frozen veggies and fruits.

I hate those stupid pushups too!!!! I only got through week one and two. I did week three once, and it was insanely hard but went by SO fast.

Last night I had the time to do the entire Extreme Shed and Shred (Level 1 and 2 combined) - oh my goodness it feels long and there are some things in Level 2 that I just cannot do - but it is a great workout and I think if I can manage to do 1/2 together a couple of times a week and just one of the quickie workouts (30DS,…

Cheat days are a slippery slope for me. I find I do better when I just keep everything in moderation, not denying myself the foods I love love love. I track everything honestly and that keeps me accountable. For me, a cheat day feels like an excuse to binge and that's too counterproductive in my opinion. Good Luck!!!

I can see it in your face too, and I bet if you had the same clothes on we'd see it in other places more too. Keep it up, don't be discouraged. 35 lbs is great - that's my 4 year old!!!

I restarted October 28th - I have done 5 days of Level 1. I'm setting a goal of completing each level's work out ten times in 35-40 days. Last time I tried I didn't take any rest days and ended up with a very sore ankle.

Sipped away a bottle of wine last night, it was DEEEEEELICIOUS! Thinking of doing a "mostly sober October" - I would love to say I could go all month without my lovely wine, but I'd be setting myself up for failure lol.

I started it in July - did all of Level 1 and Level 2 - went camping for a week and never did make it back to do Level 3. I LOVED the results I saw so quickly and would really like to give it a go again!

DIdn't weigh myself today - oooops forgot. I will do it tomorrow. I'm not sure what I weighed exactly last week....I have not been all that fantastic this week. Mostly OK with calories, sticking around 1300-1500/day. Worked out 2 times and took the dog once for a 40 min walk/run session. I do always get at least 7 hours of…
