Sorry, I should have clarified about the MFP thing... I'm doing the 14 day challenge and day 2 focuses on protein. It said to calculate your protein grams by multiplying your weight in pounds by .72 if you want to lose weight, and this should tell you how many grams you need each day.

Ok, I know this isn't a popular person and I'll get laughed at, but... Anna Nicole Smith before she started doing drugs and gained a lot of weight. We are the same height and have the same shape / bone structure so she's a lot more attainable than Jennifer Aniston or Kate Moss or a Kardashian.
