  • It's SO MUCH HARDER for me. I think a lot of it has to due with inclines and the relatively unnatural surface of the treadmill itself. A lot of people don't realize either, that if the incline of the treadmill is set to 0, that it is the same as running downhill. I sure didn't realize that until I went running in the park…
  • I agree with this! Though I think we're all guilty of a little splurge every now and then :) I've been working on reducing my sugar in coffee, one TSP at a time...
  • Good for you! I hope I can keep it that together when I have my kids :)
  • I do about 20 minutes of weights 3 times a week and on my two cardio days I do ab work :) I've been trying to push myself hard on them lately as well. I'm glad it's starting to show :)
  • Thanks again for all the great replies! Sometimes it's hard to see things clearly from your own perspective. Asereth333, that is true! I do go at different times now. Now it's in the middle of the day, whereas before it was suuuuuuuuuper early or in the late afternoon. I'll look back into working more protein into my diet,…
  • Thanks for all the comments! @texaspye - I thought that too, but what I would do is use the shake as "lunch" after my workouts, and not eat my burned off calories (as much as possible) I would use two scoops and I weigh all of my food. So it would be breakfast, snack, workout, protein shake, dinner. Is this what you do?…
  • Me too! I'm 5'11" and hoping to one day be 150lbs...my goal is 160 for now. I've lost 10lbs so far and am at 174! I started at 199lbs a few years ago and started at 184 on MFP. :)
  • Biotest makes the best shakes I've had, but it's pricey. Right now I'm using Syntha-6 and very happy with it!
  • I'm about 5'10" and a half. (That half matters!) I'm aiming for 165. When I was a late teenager I was 145, but that I'm starting small....work my way down back to that eventually!
