thanks =) i weigh in the morning, fasting, after i pee. It's good to hear i'm pretty normal. I'm happy for any weight loss, water or not because that is less my body is having to carry around. I recognize the fat lost will be low and slow and I'm good with that. sorry for all the typos. I'm on my cell and it hates me.
