I had the same problem then I started making green smoothies. Add whatever green veggies to fruit and the fruit covers the taste. I got to where I even had Kale and some of the stronger tasting greens in my smoothies. They were good and it made a great breakfast. You need a good blender for this the one I had did not hold…

Ok I need to write out my goals so I stay focused and commit to them. Stay away from the scale. Not hard to do when I am cramming my face with a lot of carbs but harder when I am eating "clean" I did resist the temptation today though so that is all I have to worry about is today. I found you :) I want to find you again so I am marking you LOL I just started this week eating paleo and it just makes so much sense. I have no results yet to report but next month expect some. I am just starting paleo. I have a bunch of food though here that does not all in that category. I need to use it because I cannot afford to just throw it out. But will be buying only paleo as I do my shopping from here on out. Nice meeting you all.

I plan on logging forever. It is easy for me to think I am ok if I don't log. Especially if I just have a bad day and decide that none of those calories counted. weight can fluctuate so greatly so I weigh in and record it maybe once a week. I am keeping an eye on it almost every day though :)
