Hey cm...do those squats....that will help get your tush back :) I have the same problem you do. I got a new scale that measures body fat and it includes info on visceral fat. That's the fat around the internal organs that increase health risk. Usually visceral fat levels are high in folks w/ more fat round their abdomen.

I love Starbucks... I have a grande cappuccino w/ equal (80 cals) and then I munch on a serving of spoon size frosted shredded mini-wheats. It's like eating a bowl of cereal but I get my coffee fix and the shredded mini-wheats are great to munch on. They hold over until lunch w/ no problem.

My husband and I joined together. With us talking about what we're eating and working together to eat right and watch our portions, this is the easiest time I've ever had watching both what I eat and making sure I exercise.

Hey, don't forget that adding exercise lets you add in calories per day! That's a great way to balance out what you're doing and creating the muscle that lets you burn more calories just because they are there!
