  • Sounds good! Thanks!!
  • Okay. I guess it is something I will have to play around with. I've just done this weight loss yoyoing so many times by eating too little calories and it isnt sustainable. I'm trying to do it the healthy way this time so I can stick with it and maintain once I get to goal.
  • Ok. Ill try that for awhile and see what happens! Thanks!!
  • Here is the info i got. I used sedentary because I have a desk job and my workouts are sporadic. I was just going to use sedentary and then eat back exercise calories when I worked out. Entered information: 28 year old female, 69 inches tall, weighing 232 pounds, BMI of 34.3 (Obese). From the information that you entered,…

  • Bump! Gotta try this!
  • Bump for later! Yum!
  • You look wonderful! Congrats on all your hard work!!

I am a Christian female and 28! :) I would also like to add to all the people that are questioning what religion has to do with weight loss: my faith impacts every area of my life, including my weight struggles. Usually having some faith based encouragement is exactly what I need to push through something…
  • Wow! You have done such a great job! Keep pushing through!!
  • I don't see there anything wrong with saying or feeling like you don't want to be too thin. At my lowest weight and highest weight, I felt like that. It's not because I was lazy or didn't want to "put in the work". I just don't find the thin look attractive. I want to still feel soft and like a woman, not hard and very…
  • Thanks for your replies. I think you're right about having to change my perspective. Right now I'll just focus on reaching my small goals one at a time instead of the end result. The hurried mental timeline that keeps popping up in my head has to go too but it's hard when you have the yo-yo diet mentality for so long.…
