Thank you! That was an incredibly rude and insensitive comment. Some people HAVE to make the choice of paying their bills or having gas to get to work rather than paying for a gym membership. It doesn't mean at all the their health isn't important to them.

Bump to keep handy

Bump! I want to try this!

You look awesome! Congrats on all your hard work! I am curious also about how many calories you eat as well as you're typical exercise. Your progress is amazing! Edit: Nevermind. I see you answered my questions right before I hit reply! :)

Ugh. I hate when mine or someone elses utensil scratches the plate. It gives me chills.

I read your post and all the replies and I dont really have anything to add because everyone has given such great advice. I just wanted to let you know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers. What you are going through is tough. You can do this and you are worth it!!!

Thank you for posting these! I am on day 5 and haven't seen results yet (besides gaining a pound that I hope is water weight ;)) You just encouraged me to keep pushing through. You look great!!!

Amazing job! I am wondering how tall you are? Our starting weights are similar and I had a lower goal weight in mind but after seeing you, I am thinking I may not have to go that low to look great! Also did you lift weights or mostly cardio and running? Thank you for sharing. You really gave me some inspiration today!

Being patient! I want results now! Lol. I've always lost weight quickly and of course temporarily but this time I am trying to do it the right way but impatience is my biggest weakness.

I'm 5'9.5" and I feel like it takes forever for anyone to notice weight loss. On the positive side, people don't notice a gain as fast either. It can be hard to keep up your motivation when you cant see a difference though when you are working so hard to lose weight.I am trying to just forget the scale for now and watch…

I logged it as circuit training the first time on MFP. This time around I have a heart rate monitor so I am anxious to see the difference in the two calorie burns.

OP, Congrats on your loss. I know how happy you must feel. I used the homeopathic HCG for awhile and I lost weight, felt great and haven't gained it back in over a year. So many hateful comments have been said in this thread, so I wanted you to know that I agree that it isn't all bad. That being said, it wasn't realistic…

Okay thanks!! I think that is actually a good idea since 30DS has the cardio and strength kind of rolled into one. Then on the other days, I will focus more on the strength training from YAYOG and HIIT. I really appreciate your advice. I am learning so much from people on this board, it's crazy. Now just to apply it! haha…

I have about 70-80lbs to lose and I made it halfway through level 2 and quit because I let life get in the way. I am getting ready to start it again tonight, actually. It is definately doable!!! I say go for it! It was difficult and the first night I did it, I couldn't finish it. However, I did it again the next night and…

Okay thanks for your reply! So would you recommend doing the 30 day shred, some HIIT, and body weight exercises daily or should I alternate things like 2 one day and 2 the next?
