Thank you I feel pretty good, I really think this is working. Out great, I also quit smoking June 1st so this is easier than quitting smoking has been but I figured if I can do that than this should be a little easier.

I am only eating meat, eggs, veggies, very slight dairy a little cheese or cottage cheese.... No sugar, processed foods, fruit, anything with artificial sweetners, no potatoes or corn, basically just eating meat and vegetables

Well so far so good, I believe I will probably keep going or just add a few things back in like some fruit and I'll be great, this is a massive change from how I was eating everyday... I have 150 pounds to lose so feel like this is a good kick start

Thank you for your response, I'm the opposite of am emotional eater, when things go bad I shut good down and end up losing weight fast but when I'm happy again I gain it all back lol....

I have about 150 to lose as well, trying to get my PCOS under control so we can have a baby after 2 failed attempts..... And at the age of 30 with a son that's almost 14 it's either now or never!

Is anyone having issues with there fitbit not syncing right and adding calories you've burned to mfp? Had mine for a week but it doesn't update anything to my diary, when I do my diary for food it updates to my fitbit dashboard tho :(

Thank you... I think the biggest thing pushing me is I want a baby, and at my weight it's almost impossible..... I'm thirty with a thirteen year old so my time is ticking that's for sure!
