Start small. Depending on how much pop you drink when you cut it out you will drop almost instantly. I use to drink about 2 litres a day. You will lose the taste for it but it takes time. As for exercise start by walking around the block every morning it all adds up. Feel free to friend me.

Have you had your blood pressure checked? That can also cause dizziness. I do agree with the other posts you need more calories. If you drink diet sodas they can also cause dizziness and headaches especially with a low calorie count.

I think you look great. I would suggest more fruit and veggie and to ease any bloating you may have from foods like bread or dairy if you eat them. Hope that helps.
