gonna lose some weight

hmmmm......not much to say. m/32 weight 245 last time i weighed (5 days ago)....been on a calorie counting type diet for 2 days now. im 6' tall and moderate muscular so i carry my weight well. i have a thick gut and neck is my real concern. plus my blood pressure is up and my cholesterol so i am gonna lose some weight to help reduce that. i am supposed to stay under like 1900 calories to lose weight but i can easily do better than that. i know im not supposed to go to low on calories but yesterday i only ate 1000. today im making myself eat more protein cause i have warned of "skinnyfat". something that happens in a low calorie situation were your body uses lean muscle for energy rather than burning fat.


anyways....thats about it.

im gonna do my best to get down below 200.....180's would be awesome.
