Not starting off well. Up 1 this morning but I know I didn't drink enough water yesterday and have some seriously sore muscles in my lower body from stepping up and down off a chair painting yesterday for 4 hours as well as squatting to the floor a million times. Should see better results tomorrow.

I found some with only 6 carbs per 2 tbs. Not exactly carb free but it was good and fit into my day. Gonna try to make some hopefully over vacation next week.

I wear mine almost every single night except for if I have it charging. The first couple of nights I thought I'd break it, lose it, odd. But now it's no big deal. I stuff my arm under my pillows, under my head. No problems. Give it a chance. Try maybe wearing it on your other wrist when you sleep so it's not in your face.

I think they are starting to slim down!!!!! Maybe I'm imagining ig. IDK. I'm down 25 pounds now as well. Feeling great. Hubby can tell a difference, me only cause I wore a smaller pair of pants to work. I can't see it. Shooting for 5 more in the next 4 days. High hopes.
