ketosticks quit changing......
Ok so I randomly check ketones with ketosticks and for the last few days I've only registered trace. So, am I finally adapted and no longer spilling ketones in my urine? I'm awaiting my blood monitor in the mail so for now I'm hopeful that my hunch is correct and I haven't screwed something up instead.
