Jan 11th : Did 15 minutes of KettleBell swings 10-12 reps onh the minute for full 15. Felt good. Upped the weight on a couple sets to the 25 pounder. Love the strength. Went to Zumba for the first time last night with Carolyn. AMAZING calorie burn 745 in 60 minutes!!!!0
