Coconut or olive oil, butter, heavy cream...these seem to be the most popular forms of fat that can be easy to add into most meals. Avocados, almonds, cheese and fatty meat are all good sources as well.

Oh and make sure any dairy you get is not non or low fat, but full fat instead.

I have been hitting the cheese. Don't want to eat too much and have adverse digestive issues. I'll look for fattier choices. I don't do milk really.
I'll try some of those suggestions too. Thanks.

Butter, coconut oil, bacon, heavy cream. Add some sort of fat to everything you cook :)

Google fat bombs or search for the term on Pinterest. Flavored butters are a great way to add fat. And bacon. Lord knows I love the bacon!

    Full fat salad dressing
    avocado
    olives
fatty meat like bacon, prime rib, 73/27 ground beef
veggies sauteed in bacon grease, butter or olive oil
    eggs

    I love fat. :)
