OK So I've made my resolutions and since Christmas I'm struggling to get back the motivation and dedication that I had before the holidays struck. I had a totally stressful December and I think thats factoring into my struggles. I'm slipping up on my diet and haven't exercised for at least 3 weeks. I just need to get my butt kicked back into gear and my beloved husband hasn't exactly been encouraging and helpful. I need to get things back into check.

You posted on here so that is the first step. Just ignore the nagging spouse and do this for you! You know you'll feel so great after a hard workout.0
