How'd your fast go? I'm currently on Day 3.

I log and my diary is open. If I don't I don't hold myself accountable to what I'm doing and I can't look back and see where something is throwing me off. My meals right now are very simple easy keto as my work schedule is crazy but it'll be better on February I hope. Off over night shift counting down the days.

I'm in. Started 6 days ago. Down 6.2 pounds so far. I turn 40 on the 25th and am pushing to lose as much as possible by then. My goal is 165 or less by Dec 31st 2018. Sooner would be better. Love keto can't believe I quit a year ago and regained a bunch. Dumbest thing I've ever done probably. Back to a healthy me!

So down 7 Pounds this week, was 10 but I made a couple bad choices when shark week hit so trying to get back down. I've also been on vacation so no real calorie burning going on as I start back up. I really hope for more pounds to drop after I go back on Tuesday. Really pushing to hit 190 by the 31st.

I'm in, if space allows. I quit keto early last year because I was stupid. Gained everything back. Starting over worse then before. Starting weight 219.1 Goal #1 <25 by Feb 4th Final Goal: 155 by July 31st Never quitting again

Jan 11th : Did 15 minutes of KettleBell swings 10-12 reps onh the minute for full 15. Felt good. Upped the weight on a couple sets to the 25 pounder. Love the strength. Went to Zumba for the first time last night with Carolyn. AMAZING calorie burn 745 in 60 minutes!!!!

Well, I'm still here. Still teeter tottering between 159 and 163. Wish it'd stay down. Madi turned 9 today. Gonna bust my *kitten* for the next 2 weeks to be at my birthday goal on time. Done playing these games!

Jan 4,2016 160.2 this morning. Saw 159.7 Saturday morning but since have initiated my kettlebell workouts and started training with my husband with Couch 2 5K. Dec 29: 161.6 for the last 2 days. Got a horrible cold. No extra energy. Feeling icky. Hoping to wake up feeling better tomorrow.

I completed 60 hours. It was great. Lost 4 regained 2.2 So busy now I can't focus enough to do another water fast. I try but fail so I've been doing a bpc breakfast fasting 12-14 hours eating one meal and repeating the last 3 days. TOM found me so I'm holding onto weight I hope. Today is my first official fast. I'm approaching the 23 hour mark. Only tea and water. Gonna stretch it out til at least in the morning. Feeling great, small rumblings from the tummy but I'm ok. Work went well, kept busy so that was a distracting blessing.
