Protein needs? fat/Protein/carb ratio?

ok So I haven't been getting enough protein. I'm needing to customize my goals I guess but how do I figure out how much of each I should set it at? anybody have any insight for me?

    Protein needs range anywhere from .8g/kg for a healthy sedentary person to 1.6g/kg for an elite athlete. Or, 10-30% of your daily caloric intake.

    I use the Bodybugg... when I went through the step up for it, it recommended I be at a 60/20/20. I said that I exercise 3 - 5 times a week for and hour. I am 5'3" and 170 wanting to lose weight and build endurnace with running. I hope that helps some :wink:
