Good Morning All!!!!

Initial weight: 187
Goal weight: 150
Last week: 181
Current weight: 176.4
+/-: -4.6
Total Loss: -10.6

Had a great week. I feel secure in the 170's now. No more hopping in and out of the 170's to 180's repeatedly.

    I'm not strictly keto as of this week-doesn't seem to be working for me so I'm going to remain LCHF but up carbs to around 50g and go back to Intermittent Fasting which I've had success with before-this time plan to stick with it even after losing weight.
