How do i account for macros in ribs cooked in bbw sauce in a slow cooker? Or does anyone have any low carb sauce recipes?

I second that! I have some ribs in the freezer to make and I gotta figure out a low carb sauce or something for them.0

I found a sugar free BBQ sauce in my local Shoprite grocery store. It's called G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce. It does have artificial sweetener in the ingredients, but it has 2 g. carb per serving. It's pretty tasty.0

I don't know the counts on this, but I found it on the Pinterest this morning.

Found these hiding on the bottom shelf in our local supermarket. The Sassy is really good!

I found some with only 6 carbs per 2 tbs. Not exactly carb free but it was good and fit into my day. Gonna try to make some hopefully over vacation next week.0

You may want to take a look at Mark's Daily Apple. He has a lot of DIY condiments on there.0
